First Choice at the forefront of Allegra Strategies flagship events

First Choice Coffee, the leading coffee supplier to the foodservice industry, is delighted to announce its signature sponsorship of Allegra Strategies’ 2010 flagship events.
The business leader events, which focus on innovation and strategic thinking to realise commercial vision, begins with the UK Coffee Leader Summit in London on 21 & 22 April. Attended by senior execs from the leading UK branded coffee shops, thought-leaders and opinion formers, the event will focus on “the third wave”, “the experiential age of café culture” and defining the trends for the post-recession period.
“As market leaders, we stay at the forefront of emerging trends and work with all our customers to help them achieve and exceed their commercial goals. There’s no question that 2009 was a tough year for the hospitality industry but now that we’re starting to see the shoots of recovery, it’s more crucial than ever before to focus on the evolving needs and demands of the consumer. Partnering with Allegra enables us to demonstrate our commitment to helping our customers prosper,” comments Elaine Higginson, managing director, First Choice Coffee.
First Choice Coffee will be showcasing its award-winning coffee, equipment and expertise at all three of the prestigious flagships events and will share its 22 years of experience in the hot beverage market with delegates. Over 1 billion cups of coffee a year in the UK are served on First Choice machines from national QSR chains right through to Michelin-starred restaurants.
As Investors in Coffee, First Choice is committed to creating coffee offers that deliver outstanding results, keep customers coming back for more and extract every drop of profit for the operator whilst delivering exceptional value.
The UK Coffee Leader Summit will be followed by the Allegra Restaurant Leader Summit in June and the European Coffee Symposium in November, in Rome, which will include a study tour of the city’s café culture.
“All three events are key calendar dates for anyone who is committed to the future growth of their business and we look forward to sharing insight with the delegates over a cup of coffee,” concludes Elaine Higginson.
