Unleashing coffee passion at the UK Barista Championship
First Choice Coffee demonstrated its passion for quality coffee at the recent UK Barista Championship, thanks to its star-performer Dale Harris. In the nerve-racking final of the most esteemed event of the UK coffee calendar, Dale prepared four espressos, four cappuccinos and four of his signature drinks in fifteen minutes under the watchful eye of the panel of revered judges, audience and film crew.
Impressed by his technique, particularly his cappuccinos, which were deemed the best in the competition in the quarter-finals, his attention to detail and approach to flavours, Dale landed the title of No 2 in the UK.

Dale will continue to mentor First Choice’s team of coffee specialist and will be entering the 2011 UK Barista Championship, as well as the Cupping and Latte art championship.
